- Anne Herbert Receives Outstanding Volunteer Award

Anne Herbert has been a volunteer for the American Red Cross of Northwest Indiana for more than 4 years. In that time she has responded to many local disasters and deployed to major national disasters such as Katrina, Gustav, and Ike. Anne worked at the chapter day and night during the Northwest Indiana floods of 2008. Her interviewing skills enabled her to assist families with the essentials to begin the road to recovery.

Anne’s untiring efforts and commitment to this organization are more than appreciated. Anne is the first to arrive and the last to leave. We salute Anne D. Herbert for her undying efforts and commitment to the American Red Cross of Northwest Indiana.
